How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location. Estimated shipping times are: UK: 2–3 business days, Germany: 2–3 business days, EU: 3–5 business days, International: 5–10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order has been placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link at any time to check the current delivery status of your parcel.

What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow a little additional transit time as shipping delays may occasionally occur. If your order still hasn't arrived, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

Do I have to pay customs duties or import fees?
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import fees may apply and are determined by the local customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders shipped within the EU and to the UK are not subject to additional customs duties.

How long do I have to return my order?
You can return unused and unopened products within 28 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please make sure the products have not been used or opened.

Can I return opened cosmetic products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned. We can only accept returns of products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs depend on the country from which the return is sent. In some regions, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed information about return costs and instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are usually processed within 5–14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
